The Fast Cook Big Tapioca offers a quick preparation time, ready in less than 15 minutes. Once cooked, these pearls become soft, chewy, and expand slightly for a delightful texture.

Each bag makes approximately 10 servings (100 g per serving), ideal for crafting refreshing 16 oz. beverages. 

Suggested Serving Size: 100 g each for 16 oz. beverages.

Cooking Instructions for Fast Cook Big Tapioca

1:6 ratio, (tapioca : water)
Cook for 5 mins in boiling water,
Let sit for 5 mins (or 7 mins for softer texture)  
Rinse thoroughly with warm water in a strainer
Add sweetener (Honey, Fructose) or Regular raw cane sugar to sweeten.
Best consumed within 4 hours of cooking
