Do you ship to my city?

We dispatch to all states and cities in Australia, including Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and more. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance vary between different states of Australia.

How long does shipping take?

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. 

We do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Collect, as we do not ship with Australia Post. 

All orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the following business day. 

How do you determine shipping costs?

We do not offer flat rate or free shipping unless mimum order amount meet* All shipping is based on total order weight. To calculate your shipping costs, please first add items into your cart, view cart then click "calculate shipping". For pallet size orders and containers, please contact us for a more accurate quotation. Additional discounts may apply for larger orders.

*For wholesale customer, your delivery cost might vary if you choose to deliver items into residential area. Speak to your account manager for further information.

The system says no shipping method available. What does this mean?

If you have difficulty placing an order, please email admin@hankstea.com.au.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers?  

Please be understand that we are unable to deliver to PO BOX or Parcel Lockers.
As our delivery partner is require ZERO contact during delivery, authority to Leave will be apply, if the receiver address is residential address.

We recommend the receiving address is a business address which our delivery partner can deliver your order much faster.

How do I track my order?

Most Sydney metro orders are delivered within 1-2 days. For other Australian cities, a tracking number and tracking link will be available in an email within 3 days.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Please email admin@hankstea.com.au if your order doesn't arrive within 14 days. 

My parcel was damaged during delivery, can you replace the order?

If you find your order has been damaged during delivery, please take several photos of the damaged item and the box for our reference and email to admin@hankstea.com.au. We will respond to your claim shortly, however we cannot guarantee that all claims will be accepted.
