How do I apply for a wholesale account? Applying is simple. Click the "Wholesale Sign Up" link in the navigation menu and complete the application form. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get back to you within 1–2 business days. Wholesale accounts are available to registered food and beverage businesses including bubble tea shops, cafés, frozen yogurt stores, restaurants, and dessert bars.

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale? We do not have a strict minimum order quantity to get started. However, orders over $200 qualify for free shipping Australia-wide. For businesses placing regular bulk orders, our team can discuss volume pricing tailored to your order frequency and quantities.

Can I place a retail order before applying for a wholesale account? Yes. You can browse and purchase products at retail pricing without a wholesale account. If you are evaluating our products before committing to wholesale, we recommend placing a small retail order first to trial the quality. Once you are ready to order in volume, apply for your wholesale account to access B2B pricing.

How do I place an order as a wholesale customer? Registered wholesale customers can place orders through our wholesale portal, directly via Ordermentum, or through the website at wholesale pricing once logged in. If you are unsure which ordering method suits your business, contact our team and we will walk you through the options.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and payments through Ordermentum for wholesale customers. If you have specific payment requirements for your business, contact us to discuss available options.

Can I set up a regular recurring order? Yes. Through Ordermentum, wholesale customers can set up scheduled recurring orders so your stock replenishment happens automatically without needing to manually reorder each time. This is particularly useful for businesses with consistent weekly or fortnightly usage.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes. We deliver to all states and territories across Australia including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory.

How long does delivery take? Delivery times vary by location. For metro areas in NSW, VIC, and QLD, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. For WA, SA, TAS, NT, and regional areas, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. If you need an estimated delivery time for your specific location, contact our team before placing your order.

Is there a free shipping threshold? Yes. All orders over $200 qualify for free shipping Australia-wide. Orders under $200 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

How is my order packaged? All orders are carefully packed to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. Liquid products such as popping pearls and syrups are secured to prevent leakage during transit. If you receive a damaged order, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Do you offer same-day or express delivery? Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Same-day delivery is not currently available. If you have an urgent order requirement, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Products & Quality

Where are your products sourced from? All Hank's Tea products are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers in Taiwan — the origin of bubble tea and home to the world's most advanced bubble tea ingredient production. Every product is personally tested by our founder Hank before it enters our catalogue. With 20 years of bubble tea industry experience, including operating 20 stores across direct and franchise models, we test every product the way a shop owner would.

Do your products have food safety certifications? Yes. Our products are sourced from manufacturers with internationally recognised food safety certifications. All products imported into Australia comply with Australian food safety and import regulations. If you require specific certification documentation for a product, contact our team and we will provide the relevant paperwork.

What is the shelf life of your products? Shelf life varies by product. As a general guide, popping pearls and syrups have a shelf life of 12 months unopened when stored in a cool, dry place. Tapioca pearls typically have a shelf life of 12–18 months. Once opened, products should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe indicated on the packaging. Specific shelf life information is listed on each product page.

Do you offer product samples before I place a wholesale order? For new wholesale applicants, we recommend placing a small retail order to trial products before committing to wholesale volumes. If you are considering a significant volume commitment and would like to discuss a sample arrangement, contact our team directly.

Can I get products that are not currently listed on the website? Possibly. Given our direct relationships with Taiwan manufacturers, we are sometimes able to source specific products on request. If you are looking for a particular product or flavour that is not currently in our catalogue, contact us with the details and we will let you know if we can source it.

How do I contact Hank's Tea for support? You can reach our team via the contact form on our website, by email, or through our wholesale portal. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day. For urgent matters, please indicate this in your message subject line.

I am an existing wholesale customer. How do I access my account? Click "Wholesale Account Login" in the navigation menu and log in with your registered email and password. If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your account, use the password reset function or contact our support team.

Do you offer training or support for businesses new to bubble tea? Yes. Hank's Tea offers Bubble Tea-rista Training for businesses that are new to bubble tea or looking to upskill their team. Do you offer custom cup printing for my business? Yes. We offer custom printing on plastic drink cups and paper dessert cups with your logo or design. I run multiple locations. Can you accommodate bulk ordering across several sites? Yes. We regularly supply businesses operating multiple locations across Australia. Our wholesale system supports consolidated ordering for multi-site operators, and our team can work with you to set up an arrangement that suits your ordering and delivery requirements across all locations.
