New: Coconut Jelly — Green Apple Flavour (3.85kg)

Our Green Apple Coconut Jelly is already a standout topping for fruit tea menus. The bright, tangy flavour pairs exceptionally well with green grape, lychee, and passionfruit tea bases. Available in a 3.85kg catering format, it's ideal for high-volume operators looking to add a vibrant, eye-catching topping with excellent texture and shelf life. Each unit serves approximately 90–110 drinks.

Expanded Fruit Jelly Range

Alongside the green apple variant, we've expanded our full coconut jelly line to include additional flavours tailored to popular Australian fruit tea trends. Our jelly range is made with real coconut water and natural fruit flavouring — a clear differentiator for operators who want to move away from artificial alternatives and appeal to health-conscious customers.

New Tapioca Pearl Formats

We've added quick-cook tapioca pearl options to our range — designed specifically for operators who need faster prep times during peak service periods. These pearls reach optimal texture in a fraction of the time compared to traditional variants, without compromising on the chewy consistency that customers expect. Ideal for high-throughput venues and self-serve setups.

Specialty Syrups: Seasonal Additions

Two new syrup concentrates are now available for the cooler months: Brown Sugar Cinnamon and Taro Milk Tea Base. Both are bulk-formatted (5L bottles) and designed for consistent portioning with our recommended 1:8 dilution ratio. These flavours have tested strongly with our existing wholesale clients across the Sydney and Melbourne markets.

How to Order

All new products are available now through the Hank's Tea wholesale store. Current account holders can add these items directly to their next scheduled order. New clients can register for a wholesale account and receive a sample pack with their first order.
