Pearl Milk Tea Classic — 500ml serve
Ingredients: Black tea 200ml · Creamer 40g · Fructose 30ml · Tapioca pearl 1 scoop · Ice
- Pour 200ml black tea into shaker
- Add 40g creamer and 30ml fructose
- Fill with ice and shake well
- Add 1 scoop of cooked pearls into cup
- Pour drink over pearls and serve

Summer Fruit Tea Summer — 500ml serve
Ingredients: Green or black tea 200ml · Flavour syrup 45ml · Fructose 20ml · Mango popping pearls 1 scoop · Ice
- Pour 200ml green or black tea into shaker
- Add 45ml flavour syrup and 20ml fructose
- Fill with ice and shake well
- Add 1 scoop of mango popping pearls into cup
- Pour drink over pearls and serve
Try with lychee, strawberry or passionfruit syrup. Pairs with any popping pearl flavour.

Brown Sugar Milk Tea Trending — 500ml serve
Ingredients: Black tea 200ml · Brown sugar syrup 60ml total · Creamer 40g · Tapioca pearl 1 scoop · Ice
- Pour 200ml black tea into shaker
- Add 30ml brown sugar syrup and 40g creamer
- Fill with ice and shake well
- Drizzle 30ml brown sugar syrup around the inside of the cup
- Add 1 scoop of cooked pearls, pour drink over and serve
The syrup drizzle creates the signature tiger stripe effect.
