Pearl Milk Tea Classic — 500ml serve

Ingredients: Black tea 200ml · Creamer 40g · Fructose 30ml · Tapioca pearl 1 scoop · Ice

  1. Pour 200ml black tea into shaker
  2. Add 40g creamer and 30ml fructose
  3. Fill with ice and shake well
  4. Add 1 scoop of cooked pearls into cup
  5. Pour drink over pearls and serve

Authentic Traditional Pearl Milk Tea

Summer Fruit Tea Summer — 500ml serve

Ingredients: Green or black tea 200ml · Flavour syrup 45ml · Fructose 20ml · Mango popping pearls 1 scoop · Ice

  1. Pour 200ml green or black tea into shaker
  2. Add 45ml flavour syrup and 20ml fructose
  3. Fill with ice and shake well
  4. Add 1 scoop of mango popping pearls into cup
  5. Pour drink over pearls and serve

Try with lychee, strawberry or passionfruit syrup. Pairs with any popping pearl flavour.

Refreshing Sunrise Jasmine Green Tea

Brown Sugar Milk Tea Trending — 500ml serve

Ingredients: Black tea 200ml · Brown sugar syrup 60ml total · Creamer 40g · Tapioca pearl 1 scoop · Ice

  1. Pour 200ml black tea into shaker
  2. Add 30ml brown sugar syrup and 40g creamer
  3. Fill with ice and shake well
  4. Drizzle 30ml brown sugar syrup around the inside of the cup
  5. Add 1 scoop of cooked pearls, pour drink over and serve

The syrup drizzle creates the signature tiger stripe effect.
